In an appeal of the U.S. Court of International Trade affirming the U.S. Department of Commerce's corroboration of the adverse facts available (AFA) rate from the fifth administrative review of the countervailing duty order covering certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India, the Trade Court's judgment is affirmed where Commerce corroborated the AFA rate to the extent practicable.
