In "covered business method patent" review proceedings by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's for four patents relating to online methods for coordinating containerized shipping, defendant's motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and mandamus relief is denied where the appeal falls outside 35 U.S.C. sections 141 and 329 and hence outside the court's jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. section 1295(a)(4)(A).
