Galvin v. Eli Lilly & Co., 05-7134
In suit alleging plaintiff suffered injuries resulting from her exposure to Diethylstilbesterol manufactured by defendant, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed as a reasonable juror considering only the evidence that satisfies the requirements of Rule 56(e), Fed. R. Civ. P., could not have found it more probable than not that plaintiff ingested DES made by defendant.
