SEC vs. Washington Inv. Network, 05-5433

Finding that one appellant violated sections 203(f), 206(1), and 206(2) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and that other appellant aided and abetted those violations, entry of injunction and imposition of penalties are affirmed as to the violations, however case is remanded for a narrower injunction. Objection to penalties was forfeited.
