Campbell v. State of Hawaii Department of Education, 15-15939

Affirming a district court grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants on employment discrimination claims brought by a public high school teacher who was verbally harassed by her students on account of her whiteness and gender because she failed to establish a prima facie case that she was subject to adverse employment action or that similarly situated individuals outside her protected class were treated more favorably and the school couldn't be held liable for students' harassing conduct.
