Denying an application for authorization to file a second or successive motion to vacate a sentence in the case of a man who pled guilty to re-entry of a previously removed alien and admitted a violation of his supervised release from a prior conviction because the sentencing enhancement applied to his possession of a controlled substance conviction did not qualify for additional review under the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act's high standards.
