In a dispute arising from the district court's denial of defendant's petition for habeas relief, judgment of the court is affirmed where state court's determinations regarding defendant's right to reappointment of counsel after a Faretta waiver and the validity of a the use of prior juvenile conviction as the basis for a strike to enhance defendant's sentence are not contrary to, or an unreasonable application of, clearly established Supreme Court precedent.
