Plaintiff-chemical company's suit against Nicaraguan citizens, seeking a declaration that it is not liable for any injuries to the Nicaraguans caused by a pesticide, is dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction since the Nicaraguan defendants did not consent to personal jurisdiction.
