Denial of an application for social security disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income is reversed and remanded where the court cannot properly determine whether substantial evidence supports the ALJ's decision finding applicant not disabled since the ALJ failed to articulate a clear basis to support its assumption that the applicant had transferable skills.
