US v. Loveland, 13-30162

Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute is reversed where despite the substantial evidence of the defendant's possession for purposes of sale, there was insufficient evidence for a jury to conclude that he tacitly or explicitly made the requisite agreement for a conspiracy.
