CHAMBERS v. METRO. PROP. AND CAS. INS. CO., 02-2846
Failure to pay relocation benefits did not constitute a breach of contract, and since plaintiff was not entitled to the benefits he sought, denial of those benefits did not create an action for unjust enrichment. Plaintiff failed to show that the defendant's legitimate, non-discriminatory ground for its decision not to hire him was a pretext for age discrimination.
