United States Seventh Circuit

Cunningham v. Equicredit Corp. of IL, 06-2250

In a suit under the Truth in Lending Act alleging failure on the part of a lender to make required disclosures applicable to "high-cost" loans, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the loss to plaintiffs attributable to the fraud of defendant's agent did not qualify as loan expenses, thus the loan was not high-cost for purposes of the Act.
