Defendant's sentence for drug possession with intent to distribute is affirmed over his claims that the district court violated the ex post facto clause of the Constitution by retroactively applying the remedial portion of US v. Booker, and erred in calculating the quantity of drugs for which defendant was liable at sentencing.
