In a complex dispute arising from fractured relationship between a large communications equipment manufacture and one of its dealers and service providers, alleging several business torts and breach of contract and counter-claims for antitrust violations, the District Court's judgment is reversed where: 1) the entry of judgment as a matter of law was erroneous; and 2) the erroneous Rule 50 judgment infected the jury's verdict.
