In a dispute arising from a petition for habeas relief, judgment of the district court granting relief is reversed, where state court did not unreasonably apply a clearly establish federal law when it determined that petitioner's Confrontation rights were not violated when the trial court precluded defense counsel from cross-examining a witness about a document that contained multiple hearsay.
