Deutsche Bank National v. Quicken Loans, 14-3373
In a contract action claiming defendant Quicken Loans violated obligations to repurchase mortgage loans violating representations and warranties, the district court's dismissal is affirmed where the representations and warranties at issue gave no guarantee of future performance and are untimely under New York's statute of limitations; and 2) plaintiff's claim for breaching the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing is duplicative.
