United States Second Circuit
Akassy v. Hardy, 17-2737
Denying motions for in forma pauperis and the reversal of district court judgment dismissing multiple actions as moot for lacking an arguable basis in either law or fact in the case of a series of lawsuits filed by a New York State prisoner challenging judgments because, while he argued that he had fewer than three strikes rendering him ineligible, the court held that he actually had more than three strikes.
