Sentencing of defendant upon a plea conviction for two felony drug charges is upheld where the district court properly imposed: 1) a two-level sentencing enhancement to the defendant's base offense level based on the finding that he recklessly endangered others during a flight from the police; and 2) a four-level enhancement based on a finding that defendant led or controlled others in a scheme to import large quantities of cocaine.
