US v. Santiago-Gonzalez, 14-1417

Sentence for conviction of bank robbery, 18 U.S.C. section 2113, and use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, 18 U.S.C. section 924(c)(1)(A)(ii), is affirmed, without prejudice, over defendant's claims of ineffective assistance of counsel and sufficiency of the evidence, but defendant has the right to raise his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel in a post-conviction relief proceeding brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 2255.
