Petition for review is granted and the matter is remanded, where there was inadequate support in the record for the BIA ruling that petitioner was removable on the basis that his conviction of conspiracy-to-commit-larceny, stemming from a scheme in which petitioner stole from the dorm rooms of his college classmates, was a crime of moral turpitude.
