In a suit brought by plaintiff against one of its vendors for breaching a promise to provide additional-insured coverage, a court of appeals decision, which reversed a trial court's ruling that the claim was time-barred, is reversed where, contrary to the court of appeals ruling, the discovery rule was inapplicable to defer accrual of the asserted claim.
