A juvenile court order terminating the parental rights of appellant-mother with regard to her daughter, is reversed for the limited purpose of compliance with the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 (ICWA), 25 U.S.C. section 1901 et seq., where the Department of Children and Family Services has a duty under the ICWA to send updated notices to the relevant tribes when additional information regarding the child's ancestors (such as previously omitted birthdates, aliases, and/or alternate spellings) is obtained after the original ICWA notices were sent.
