In an appeal from a judgment of the juvenile court ordering appellant-agency to file a dependency petition and to take juvenile into protective custody, Welfare and Institutions Code section 331, judgment is affirmed where Section 331 does not violate the doctrine of separation of powers, to the extent it authorizes the juvenile court to order the Agency to file a dependency petition.
