California Court of Appeal

Vesco v. Superior Court, B249447

The trial court is directed to vacate it order granting real part in interest's continuance pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 1.100, which allows persons with disabilities to apply for "accommodations" to ensure they have full and equal access to the courts, where: 1) petitioner is a person involved in the accommodation process; and 2) he therefore has the right to notice, to view the documents on which the real party in interest relies, and to an opportunity to be heard.
