In an appeal from an order of the trial court dismissing plaintiffs' Penal Code section 632 class-complaint on the ground that Section 632 requires a third-party, unannounced listener, judgment is reversed where the Statute applies even if the unannounced listener is employed by the same corporate entity as the known participant in the conversation.
