Anthony Leon LATIMER, a/k/a Gerrald Smith, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. Ben JONES; Daniel Dwyer; Michele F. Hansen, Defendants - Appellees.
Decided: May 21, 2020
Before NIEMEYER, HARRIS, and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges.
Anthony Leon Latimer, Appellant Pro Se. Michele J. McDonald, Assistant Attorney General, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MARYLAND, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellees.
Anthony Leon Latimer appeals the district court's order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2018) complaint as to Defendants Daniel Dwyer and Michele F. Hansen and granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant Ben Jones. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Latimer v. Jones, No. 8:18-cv-02243-PX, 2019 WL 2142537 (D. Md. May 16, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
