DECISION & ORDER

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (David J. Kirschner, J.), rendered December 13, 2022, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.

The record demonstrates that the defendant knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently waived his right to appeal (see People v. Thomas, 34 NY3d 545). The defendant's valid waiver of his right to appeal precludes appellate review of his challenge to the denial of his statutory speedy trial motion (see People v. Walker, 245 AD3d 740, 741) and his contentions regarding the denial of his suppression motion (see People v. Bradford, 247 AD3d 778, 778–779).
