ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se notice of appeal from a district court order denying a motion to correct an illegal sentence. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jasmin D. Lilly-Spells, Judge.
On February 21, 2023, appellant filed a notice of appeal from the order denying a motion to correct an illegal sentence entered on January 6, 2023. However, appellant has already appealed this decision, and the Court of Appeals affirmed the order of the district court. See Luster v. State, Docket Nos. 84230-COA and 84236-COA (Order of Affirmance, January 31, 2023). A second duplicate appeal may not be pursued. Accordingly, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
