ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a final judgment. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; James E. Wilson, Judge.
On November 1, 2022, this court entered an order, dismissing certain respondents, noting that appellant was proceeding pro se, removing this appeal from the settlement program, and reinstating the deadlines for filing documents. On that same date, this court issued a notice regarding filing deadlines. Appellant failed to timely file the transcript request form and docketing statement, and on December 6, 2022, this court entered an order directing appellant to file these documents within 14 days. This court cautioned appellant that failure to comply with the order could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file the transcript request form and docketing statement or to otherwise communicate with this court. Additionally, appellant's opening brief, due March 1, 2023, is now overdue. This court concludes that appellant has abandoned this appeal and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
