Jessica M. DAVIS, Appellant, v. MCCLAIN RESTAURANT GROUP, INC., Cynthia McClain, Kenneth McClain and Oscar Dorantes-Mallan, Respondents.
ORDER
Jessica M. Davis (“Davis”) appeals the judgment entered against her and for Respondents McClain Restaurant Group, Inc. (“MRG”), Cynthia McClain (“CM”), Kenneth McClain (“KM”), and Oscar Dorantes Mallan (“Mallan”)1 following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County (“trial court”). Davis raises six points on appeal, alleging trial court error on various grounds. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).2
FOOTNOTES
1. We note that, throughout the record on appeal, including in the parties’ briefs, “Millan” is used rather than “Mallan”, which does not comport with the caption of the case. During oral argument, his attorney confirmed the spelling of his name as “Mallan.” We will adhere to the spelling used in the caption in this opinion.
2. All rule references are to Missouri Supreme Court Rules.
