E.R.G., Respondent, v. Sam J. STUTEVILLE, Appellant.
ORDER
Sam Stuteville appeals the judgment of full order of protection entered against him by the Nodaway County Circuit Court under the Adult Abuse Act, section 455.010 et seq. He raises two points on appeal contending that the trial court applied the wrong legal standard and that the judgment was not supported by substantial evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for the decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
