IN RE: the Care and Treatment of Taharber ROSS a/k/a Taharber O Ross, a/k/a Taharber Obadiah Ross, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Following a jury trial, the Circuit Court of Jackson County entered a judgment finding Taharber Ross to be a sexually violent predator. The court ordered that Ross be committed to the custody of the Department of Mental Health for care and treatment. Ross appeals. He argues that the circuit court erred by permitting an expert witness to testify concerning a juvenile-court adjudication that Ross committed acts when he was twelve years old which would have constituted the offenses of sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse if committed by an adult. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
