Kevin David BARTH, Appellant, v. DIRECTOR OF REVENUE, Respondent.
ORDER
Kevin Barth appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, sustaining the decision of the Department of Revenue to suspend his driver's license for driving while intoxicated. Barth argues that he was arrested without probable cause and that the device the officer used to analyze his breath had not been maintained in compliance with state regulations. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential import, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum of law. Rule 84.16(b).
