ORDER

Dr. Thomas DiStefano, Appellant, appeals a Nodaway County Circuit Court judgment granting summary judgment and awarding attorney fees in favor of SSM Regional Health Services (SSM), Respondent. The trial court granted SSM summary judgment under Rule 74.04, finding no genuine issue of material fact, and awarded attorney fees based on contractual terms between the parties.

For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
