William J. MARCHAND, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Boone County, William Marchand was convicted of one count of first-degree statutory sodomy and one count of first-degree child molestation. Marchand was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment of thirty years. Following this Court's affirmance of his convictions, Marchand filed a motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The circuit court denied relief following an evidentiary hearing. Marchand appeals. He argues that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance by failing to object to expert testimony which improperly vouched for the credibility of the minor victim. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
