For the reasons set forth in Judge Dysart's dissent, I would grant the defendants’ writ application, reverse the trial court's judgment granting the plaintiffs’ motion for new trial and reinstate the jury verdict. See Dynisha Napoleon, et al. v. LAMMICO and William J. Curran, M.D., 22-667 (La. App. 4 Cir. 12/6/22), -- So. 3d – (Dysart, J., dissenting, finding the trial court abused its discretion in granting the motion for new trial, as there was no jury confusion).
