Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Granted. The December 2, 2020 judgment of the district court ordering relator to respond to plaintiffs’ discovery requests is vacated and set aside. The case is remanded to the district court to conduct an in camera inspection of the records at issue and determine to what extent they may be discoverable. See Gauthreaux v. Frank, 95-1033 (La. 6/16/95), 656 So.2d 634; Smith v. Lincoln General Hosp., 605 So.2d 1347 (La. 1992); see also George v. Christus Health Sw. Louisiana, 16-412 (La. App. 3 Cir. 10/12/16), 203 So.3d 541. In view of the large number of documents at issue, the district court, in its discretion, may select representative documents for in camera inspection.
In all other respects, the application is denied. The request for stay is denied as moot.
