ORDER
Considering the Motion to Revoke Probation and for Interim Suspension for Threat of Harm filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, the ODC's supplemental filings, and the responses filed by respondent,
IT IS ORDERED that respondent, James E. Moore, Jr., Louisiana Bar Roll number 21758, is found to be in violation of the conditions of probation imposed by this court in In re: Moore, 19-0163 (La. 3/6/19), 264 So. 3d 1198.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent be and he hereby is suspended from the practice of law on an interim basis pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 19.2. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 26(E), this order is effective immediately.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall be entitled to move for dissolution of the order of interim suspension upon a showing he has complied with all recommendations of the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program and is subject to appropriate monitoring.
