Martin JONES v. NEO FABRICS, INC., et al.
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Granted. Under the facts presented, we find the district court did not abuse its great discretion in granting relator's motion in limine. See La. Code Evid. art. 403.
Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court is reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
While the experiment in question may not be admitted for its scientific validity, the existence of it is admissible to show notice or knowledge.
Hughes, J., dissents and assigns reasons. Genovese, J., would grant in part for the reasons assigned by Justice Hughes. Griffin, J., dissents for the reasons assigned by Justice Hughes.
