Granted. For the reasons assigned in Stevenson v. Progressive Security Insurance Company, 19-637 (La. 4/3/20), ––– So. 3d ––––, 2020 WL 1671565, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court denying the exception of prescription is reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
Weimer, J., concurs in the result. See Stevens v. Bd. of Trustees of Police Pension Fund of City of Shreveport, 309 So.2d 144, 151 (La. 1975). Crain, J., dissents for reasons assigned in Stevenson v. Progressive Insurance Company, 19-637 (La. 4/3/2020).
