STATE of Louisiana v. Christopher Edward BROWN
The defendant has not demonstrated exceptional circumstances or a peculiarly distinctive reason why fundamental fairness dictates discovery of the witness's contact information. See State v. Harper, 10-0356 (La. 11/30/10), 53 So. 3d 1263. The trial court erred in ordering the State to produce that information. The judgment of the trial court is reversed and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
PER CURIAM.
Guidry, J., recused.
