STATE of Louisiana v. Maya JONES
Writ granted in part. The Houma Police Department and the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Department did not oppose the subpoena duces tecum before the trial or appellate court. Consequently, the restriction placed upon their production is error. The trial court's July 27, 2024 order is modified to remove the following relative to the Houma Police Department and the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Department: “that have been made publicly available on the law enforcement internet websites, brochures, handouts or public materials.” In all other respects, the writ application is denied.
PER CURIAM
Weimer, C. J., recused.
