JUSTICE v. GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
In Department of Public Safety v. Justice,1 the Supreme Court of Georgia affirmed in part and vacated in part this Court's decision in Justice v. Department of Public Safety.2 Accordingly, we vacate our earlier opinion and adopt the opinion of the Supreme Court as our own. Thus, we reverse the trial court's judgment dismissing the Justice's claim for breach of contract on the basis of sovereign immunity, and we remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings.3
Judgment reversed and case remanded.
