MARIA K. WILLIAMS-JAMES, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. VRMTG ASSET TRUST, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Upon consideration of Appellant's Motion to Supplement Record on Appeal and for Extension of Time to File Initial Brief, and the Response thereto, the Motion is hereby denied.
On December 15, 2022, this Court ordered Appellant to file the initial brief within thirty (30) days. The Court warned Appellant that no further extensions of time would be permitted, and that a motion filed seeking an extension of time, or any other relief, would not toll the time for filing the initial brief as ordered, and further warned Appellant that failure to file the initial brief as ordered may result in the dismissal of this appeal.
Appellant has failed to comply with this Court's Order to file the initial brief within the time provided in this Court's December 15, 2022, Order, and this appeal is hereby dismissed. All pending Motions are hereby denied.
FERNANDEZ, C.J., and LOGUE and LINDSEY, JJ., concur.
