Fridovich, 598 So. 2d 65 (Fla. 1992); Debrincat v. Fischer, 217 So. 3d 68, 71 (Fla. 2017); Williams v. Oken, 62 So. 3d 1129, 1134 (Fla. 2011); DelMonico v. Traynor, 116 So. 3d 1205 (Fla. 2013); see also Am. Nat'l Title & Escrow of Fla., Inc. v. Guarantee Title & Trust Co., 810 So. 2d 996 (Fla. 4th DCA 2002).
Upon consideration of Petitioner's Motion for Appellate Attorney's Fees and Costs, it is ordered that said Motion is hereby denied.
