SILVINO HURTADO, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. THE STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
The State of Florida's Response to the Petition for Writ of Mandamus is noted.
As reflected in the State's Response to the Petition, the State is not in possession of the sought document. This Court, therefore, denies the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus without prejudice to pro se Petitioner serving a public records request on the Clerk of the Circuit Court and otherwise complying with Florida's public records laws.
