Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus, and the Responses and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied. See Quigley v. Satz, 596 So. 2d 753, 754 (Fla. 4th DCA 1992) (“If the complaint is facially sufficient, the court then issues an alternative writ of mandamus, which the plaintiff must serve in the manner prescribed by law.”).
