Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above-styled appeal is hereby dismissed. See Ball v. Genesis Outsourcing Sols., LLC, 174 So. 3d 498, 499 (Fla. 3d DCA 2015).
Upon consideration of Appellee's Motion for Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs, it is ordered that said Motion is conditionally granted, pending the trial court's determination of the prevailing party pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium for Mirador 1000, and chapter 718, Florida Statutes.
Appellant's Motion for Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs is hereby denied.
