Upon consideration of Appellant's motion for rehearing, clarification, certification, and written opinion filed March 20, 2023, and upon consideration of Appellee's motion for clarification filed March 20, 2023,
IT IS ORDERED that both Appellant's and Appellee's motions for clarification are granted. Additionally, Appellant's motion for written opinion is granted to the extent that the opinion issued on March 10, 2023, is withdrawn, and the following opinion is substituted therefor. We deny Appellant's motion for rehearing and certification. No further motions for rehearing, clarification, certification, or written opinion will be considered.
