H.H., mother of R.R., B.F.H., B.C.S.H., minor children, Appellant, v. DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, Appellee.
Appellant appeals an order terminating her parental rights under section 39.801(3)(d), Florida Statutes (2022). Because the proceedings failed to comply with Appellant's due process rights, we reverse and remand for further proceedings in which Appellant has proper notice and opportunity to be heard.
